80 miles of shells

We spent the last few days at 80 Mile Beach. Despite the smell of the fishiness going around it was amazing.

We went fishing, we went for long walks on the beach that caused a lot of itchiness, we collected lots of shells, we got given shells and shell wind chimes and little shell sculptors and fish that people didn't have the room to store and jazzy caught a fish!!!!!!

We talked about shells and all the funny names they had and why they have those names. One of my favorite was this little one below, we didn't catch the name of it.

Dad's favorite was the coloured fans, Mum's was the cowrie shells that loop over, Jazzy's was well any coloured, pretty or fancy ones and Pepper's was a huge trumpet shell that we got given.

We love 80 mile beach. We love the shells, the people there, the beautiful sun set, the fishing and the beach.

Wow!!!

The night started to get dark, we were scared.

We saw a dragon AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!

We waited the whole night for the special event and then 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 bang!! AAAAA!!!!!

They obviously had the fireworks because were leaving Broome the next day.

After a while we got used to it, we weren't so scary and it was amazing.

This was our favourite, it went tzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I got so frustrated that every time I took a photo I had to wait a minute for it to say busy and let me take a photo. Jazzy took a movie of the whole thing.

The lady in front of us got annoyed with us screaming and shouting every time there was a crazy one.

Then when we got home every one was tired and we all fell asleep straight away.

Wow!!!!! That was awesome !!!!!!!!

p.s. I won, we got some solar fairy lights, yaaaaay!!

115

Mum said there was something she made up or her friend made up called glamping. It's glamor mixed with camping so, that's what have been doing for the past few days.

Camping out in an hotel with Frankie in the car park so if we need something we can just walk a few steps and get it spoilt, ha.

There have been some really good things about being in a hotel, such as having space to jump up and down in. And no one sleeping on you or no one under you, I mean the bunks. And crisp white bed sheets and towels. And don't forget your bed being cleaned every day.

There have been all types of funny men and women.

And luxury breakfast lunch and dinner.

What will it feel like when we go back to normal life in the caravan and have to to share a space that would fit inside our bedroom here? And it wont be a dream any more, well maybe a little bit, I mean a lot.

midnight magic

Last night I went for a walk around the caravan park to see if there was anything interesting. It was Friday night so everybody was celebrating and watching the footie so no one noticed me taking photos.

It was amazing, so many fairy lights and lights and glitter and sparkles and other peoples junk.

I don't know if you can tell but this is a tree. We tried guessing how they did it. Jazzy thought they were people who were staying for a long time and climbed the tree to put fairy lights on it.

Mum thought it was a disco lights, then Dad came up with it a projector. We asked the caravan next to the tree and sure enough it was. We stood in front of the projector and we were glowing, it was awesome.

Then we came home and Frankie Blue, our caravan, had nothing. Not one fairy light or anything. Just the glowing from Pepper and Jazzy watching a movie and Dad and Mum on phones. You have got to admit it still looked pretty awesome though next to the moon.

We are now trying to convince Mum and Dad we need fairy lights too.

Mozzy Mozzy Mozzy Oy Oy Oy


When we were in Darwin I got infested by mozzie bites all over my legs and arms and some on my feet. At that moment mum and dad tried to find anything that worked to stop me itching, complaining and to stop me from getting bitten in the first place. It was a search. We tried anything that had mozzie written on it.


I itched and I scratched all night and morning long. It made every one sick because I'm on the top bunk and when I move the whole caravan rocks.


But they have gone down and are less itchy since we have gotten to Broome. But last night we went to the sun cinema. An outdoors, night time cinema.
